The History of our family is interlaced from always with wine-growing. The best witnesses are the vines of Barbera, now of 70 years, of the vineyard "Trono", that always with steadily and generosity they have donated and still donate their fruits to the quarter generation of the family. Ability and constant want to improve have concurred then to catch up high qualitative levels.
Quality - genuineness - trace. From fifteen years longer our company leads own vineyards defending them from the attacks of the parasites by means of the Sistema di Lotta Integrata. It is a technique of agricultural production supported by the European Community that allows to reduce the use of treatments. One obtains thus a greater genuineness of the product and a reduction of the environmental impact.
Since 2009 our company leads also a part of our vineyards with Organic Method, that provides the use only of products from natural origin.
From the growing of the grapevine to the delicate moment of vintage time and on to the preparation of the wine in the cellar, we follow directly every working process according to our Disciplinare Tecnico Aziendale di Produzione. We guarantee the trace of our products publishing on line the "Carta d'Identità" (Identity Card) of every wine, with important technical data and also with the analysis on the finished product. An innovative way to show the quality and genuineness of our wine.
Our company has is site in a panoramic position, immersed in the vineyards that you can easily visite.
Our wine cellar is divided into two parts: an upper part for the wine making, bottling and stocking and a characteristic basement part when the wine ages.
Our customers and all the visitors of our cellar can taste our wines and some typical gastronomic specialities from these area in our cosy tasting room.
